In short: Capy & Friends collects no personal information at all.
  • No accounts, sign-ups or log-ins.
  • No advertising of any kind.
  • No analytics, tracking or third-party code.
  • No internet connection needed. The app works completely offline.
  • Nothing a child does in the app leaves the device.

Who we are

Red Rosella Labs is an independent app studio based in Sydney, Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Red Rosella Labs. You can contact us at support@redrosellalabs.com.

Capy & Friends: information we collect

None. The app does not collect, store, send or share any personal information. That includes names, ages, photos, voice recordings, contacts, location and device identifiers. The app has no server to talk to.

Settings kept on the device

The app remembers a few settings on the device itself: sound and music volume, whether animal names are spoken, calm mode and mute. These never leave the device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases

If the app offers a purchase to unlock more animals, Apple handles it entirely through the App Store. We never see or receive payment details or Apple ID information. Purchases sit behind a grown-ups check inside the app.

Children's privacy

Capy & Friends is designed for young children and listed in the App Store's Kids category. Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing to share, sell or disclose. This approach is designed to meet the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Apple's Kids Category rules.

Links and other apps

The app contains no links to websites, social media or other apps.

This website

This website has no cookies, no analytics, no forms and no advertising. Like any website, the server and our network provider (Cloudflare) briefly keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, to keep the site secure and working. We don't use them to identify anyone. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
