Common questions
There's no sound
Turn up the device volume and check that the speaker button at the top right of the app isn't muted. If it still won't play, close the app fully (swipe it away from the app switcher) and open it again.
How do I change the settings?
Tap the small round button in the bottom-left corner, answer the grown-ups question, then adjust sound, music, spoken names and calm mode.
Does the app need the internet?
No. Everything is inside the app, so it works on planes, in the car and anywhere else.
Are there ads or in-app tracking?
No. There are no ads, no tracking and no accounts. Read our privacy policy for details.
What ages is it for?
Capy & Friends is designed for children aged 5 and under, ideally played together with a grown-up.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the grown-ups area and tap "Restore purchase", using the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I report a problem?
Email us with your device model (for example, iPad 10th generation), what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
